Honda. Toyota. Most of the Japanese brands build some very reliable models. VAG group is large but actually not particularly exceptional for reliability. Polo I have is a piece of cr*p TBH

Honda and Toyota tend to make cars that can withstand a lot of abuse, but that is mainly the ones that have an engine made by Fuji Heavy Industries.

You could say that about most though most modern engines will last for ages because modern lubrication is ridiculously better than even 25 years ago.

I used to trade cars in my spare time, i've owned a couple of hundred and used them for personal use. The only manufacturer of cars that never let me down in any way ever was Peugeot. Yep, astonishingly, a French firm. None of them failed at all. 106 206 309 306 x2 307 405 Idle control slightly suspect on the 206 but no notable effect. |
