I hav also said some phone does not support without jad file as arafat47 said samsung. If there has no value of jad file, then there would not have any online jad maker or apps.

oh another point which you have not specified, it is some applications takes server address from .jad. such as google maps.

Well pw is somewhat right. Try ovi store without jad it'll not run. Like that ovi browser too needs .jad

Yeah some apps need jad file compulsorily. I had seen those apps are highly protected. Some of them only allow to download from default browser.

@mahabub jad files carry special digital signature by its developer and its not compulsory to have an digital signature for every application...you can relate jad with ssl certificates which does an similar job like jad.....so the theory of jad required to run every jar FAILS!
