@ joe999 - 26.06.14 - 04:11pm Wtf he's your player he's a liability. If u know you've got a liability either keep him accepting this or don't and lose him as a player. You chose to keep him, you knew he was a liability and here kind sir are you're consequences! Why don't answer this. Your argument has literally no validity! None! I know your bitter and I get it, but if it happened to a United player I wouldn't like it but I'd fully understand it and deal with it |

@ njackets - 27.06.14 - 11:52am We shouldn't be taking any hit at all, fine Suarez ban him from playing FIFA/Uruguay games can't imagine this goes down well with clubs releasing players for Int taking a big enough risk as it is there players come back injured now they have the risk of being banned when they come back can of worms opened here! |

Nobody is going to be banned for months on international duty unless they do something incredibly stupid and deserve it. This is a fail argument. If he did it again in a Liverpool shirt instead he would probably have got an even bigger ban from the FA for club football. Makes little difference. |

not exactly fair .what part of it's the 3rd time it's happened don't you understand Neil .would you rather he be on pre season holiday then suddenly bite somebody on a Spanish beach and get sent down for a year .just cause he ain't in a Liverpool shirt don't mean he can get away with this .he is representing Liverpool on the world stage has countless amount of sponsors he is representing .take your selfpity red blinkers of and look at the bigger picture .

@ njackets - 27.06.14 - 12:22pm Whilst he's playing for LFC I'd accept anything he done in our shirt as our responsibility, LFC didn't even get the opportunity to influence any decision FIFA came to but still get punished not exactly fair is it? Seriously u coming back with the same argument again? of course it's fair, he's your player! Players get banned and fined while out in a night club. Is that fair? They ain't wearing a lfc shirt? The player it's your player. Anything they might do whether in town on holiday or on international duty may affect the club as you sign his paying ability as well as him as a person. They should have stipulated in the contract something then maybe u have a valid point. And to bring ppl in and say they thought it's excessive? They're just another opinion, but you're embarrassing yourself by bringing it in. Very simply put, to bite a player for the 3rd time a lifetime ban isn't out of question! To say this is excessive is completely embarrassing and pathetic. Hope Liverpool appeal and lose, his ban could and should increase. |

@bigdunc | 27 June 14 | |
Do you realise how pathetic you sound .so now we have to stop international football because players cause get injured .no wonder rugby fans and players laugh at football fans and footie players
