Im running windows 7 im using an unlicensed version of antivirus kaspersky... I noticed i have tons of viruses but they not active on windows 7 but when i plug my memory stick on a pc with xp the virus start attacking the os... Any one can suggest a good antivirus that i wouldn need to purchase... |

Check the other topic named 'virus viruse' something like that. There are suggestions on antiviruses. I recommend avg.

Oh and avg you can install the free edition i had it for like a year and it works good but now i got the licensed one. Not much difference on performance but the licensed one has more useful features like link scanner,web shield,email scanner, and more.

im with newt. the best is avira. you can say what you want about the rest but i know if you use any other free antivirus you will get infected more often.

the best thing you can do pw is get a legit version of kaspersky. peace of mind is pricless.

I have my pc with xp and win7. Installed avast 5 on both and works dam good. Its free and light on resources :)

I loved that girls voice. A virus has been detected . scan has been completed.. And by the way voice notification can be stopped if you want by settings @sisfreak
