Use firefox and get a free add on for it called download helper,can download jus about anything streamed online like youtube vids and tracks on myspace even if artists hasn't allowed downloading of the track :) hehe or you could manually save and convert the flv from your browsers temp folder but download helper is alot easier as does it all for you.
