BlackBerry services to be cut in UAE and Saudi, bb messaging to be banned along with e-mail and web browsing http://bit.ly/bjvdSj this will affect over a million users. All because of the way Rim encrypts its data. |

So what u say now is that those countries want RIM to bent backwards for them because they are full of sh* with their human rights, freedom of speech etc, they must come right, its 2010, everybody has a right these days, what u do with it is your problem ! Those goverments want to force feed them with what they can see and hear and i think its wrong !

seems they turned off the service for a while over there, then it was turned on again. lets just hope all governments don't follow suits or that BlackBerry does a deal somehow.

I hope RIM refuses to deal with them. The whole reason most corporations use BB is the encryption. If they compromise for UAE, it compromises everyones data. STAY THE COURSE RIM! NEVER GIVE IN!
