How is it being done where you work? We are currently on a hybrid model where we are in the office twice a week and then working from home the other 3 days, I definitely prefer this. I am hearing some companies are wanting to go back to full time. What do you prefer and whats happening at your office? Seems we are sticking to hybrid for the foreseeable future, this alone has stopped me from bothering to seek new opportunities outside and rather look internally until things settle.  |

Still working from home full time. Haven't been in the office since December 2020. I can see l myself ending up bavk in the office 2 days a week which is a complete waste of a commute
