If you sell 2 million then even with a 0.4 percent fail rate that's 8000 dead machines and 8000 people bringing the moans and hate, despite the fact that is obviously meaningless in the grand scheme and pretty minor.

Well this was before it was released, so the percentage was pretty high considering there were only a few units out there..
