now in the command prompt type in the following - flasher-3.5 -F **Your choice of firmware** -f -R and press enter and sit back. Once completed the phone will reboot like when you 1st got it for you to set time, date and location.

All that is left now is to restore the backup you create, so navigate to the backup program, and restore the backup you create, all should be restored to how you had it before flashing then, **NOTE it will ask you to install the apps, accept this and anything you dont want restoring, just untick from the list. Your device should now be installed with the global firmware and back to how u had it.

To factory reset, do above but prior to flashing the firmware, use the VANILLA binary to reset the storage, flasher-3.5 -F RX-51_2009SE_1.2009.41-1.VANILLA_PR_EMMC_MR0_ARM.bin -f -R

Any problems with this will just stall the flasher prog before it detects the usb, and it will just sit there waiting trying to detect the device on the USB cable.
