And even though standard taxes have already gone up as a result of the irresponsibility of the government and of mega-rich corporations (familiar story...) the people are now liable for an additional tax on water. Water which is only accessible because of the infrastructure that Irish taxpayers have financed over numerous generations. Essentially, they're being mugged! Understand?! |

Im on a water meter my yearly bill was 132 pounds and now its 108 pounds a year thats a saving of 24 pounds.

Although the water bill is paid by the owner of the apartment building, our water bills are very low here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The only reason you will have a huge bill is if you fill up a swimming pool.
