Apparently the corrupt tories have been trying to bribe Brexit party candidates by offering them cushy jobs and possible peerages if they were to stand down/not run in certain constituencies.

@ slwnoris - 15.11.19 - 08:59am Just reported, it looks like the uk is going to have to pay compensation to new Zealand and other countries for damages because of? Yes brexit. It has something to do with world trading rules, now that something the people wasn't told. 15 countries are believed to be making a claim, as well as new Zealand, Australia and our trade mates who said we are top when it comes to a trade deal dear old American are after a few pennies. lol so these are issues being raised through the WTO, that we would be joining in the event of no deal. With 164 member states to negotiate with and they already have a problem with current arrangements. |

Brazil has also said that there has to be a hard border in NI as otherwise it would go against WTO discrimination rules, where the UK would have unfair access to the EU market

Oh and that is what Nigel Farage himself has been saying, for those of you who might not believe it from me., ''if that's not political corruption for you, then I don't know what is.'' added Mr Farage. For once I actually agree with him. |

leading United Nations poverty expert has compared Conservative welfare policies to the creation of 19th-century workhouses and warned that unless austerity is ended, the UKs poorest people face lives that are solitary, poor, nasty, brutish, and short. In his final report on the impact of austerity on human rights in the UK, Philip Alston, the UN rapporteur on extreme poverty, accused ministers of being in a state of denial about the impact of policies, including the rollout of universal credit, since 2010. He accused them of the systematic immiseration of a significant part of the British population and warned that worse could be yet to come for the most vulnerable, who face a major adverse impact if Brexit proceeds. He said leaving the EU was a tragic distraction from the social and economic policies shaping a Britain that its hard to believe any political parties really want. https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2019/may/22/un-report-compares-tory-welfare-reforms-to-creation-of-workhouses |
