The rfid chip is not mentioned in the bill but the wording could lead to a platform for the chip to be rolled out, besides all that blackberry an banks have advanced to paying from ur phone or contactless technology, note the latest advertis*ments, if people like it an become dependent then its spread will increase into our everyday lives, western countries rejected the id cards but look at iraq and pakistan, they are in operation..

Dont need em dont want em fvck em. Switch me off if they have too I refuse to be monitored for 'security' reasons. We have enough ID,even if this proposal is for medical reasons only it is a very slippery slope.
