Given sheff utd seem so concerned bout under punishment all think west ham and other clubs should do a protest march for increase punishment from when the blades tried to have a match abandoned. Imagine kicking them out of football league will do which would shut up their 2007- summer of whining bout west ham |

Teletext and Ceefax have wiped the league tables.Im sure they ended on 41 in fact i know they did because they finished above Fulham who had 39.So again im right.

Just checked it via the West Ham Website and yeah West Ham p 38 points 41 and. 16th place.

I've just come back to say i was wrong, but uv beat me to it. i knew that sheff united had gone down by 1 goals goal difference, just forgot it was actually wigan not west ham. Oops!

The Premier League could dock West Ham 3points and the Blades wouldnt legally have anywhere to go.Whatever happens the FA Have created a precedent with West Ham.

Nothings gonna happen, and i wouldn't say a precedent has been created because each case of this nature is different. Tevez was always registered as a west ham player, it was an administration c*ck up that was the problem. Hence no docked points.
