Avast is a very good anti virus.

Try webroot security anywhere, its so fast lightweight and does not eat as much RAM as other anti-v.

Avast, Malwarebytes and Noscript. If you still manage to get a virus you should enroll yourself into a computing course as soon as possible.

There's no such thing as a best antivirus.As an IT expert I can tell you that each antivirus out there has some security flaws. Advice given for an AV is purely personal preference.
