i for one didnt realise the 370z was quicker than a cayman , id still rather a cayman over a 370z but realisticaly if i was in the market for that type of car yes id pick the 370z over cayman z4 and tt , its fast and good value so yeh . what about the other models ?

well the o 60mph dash time shows up the germans , so 1 - 0 to nissan , the other poster shows a nissan GTR and the title says ZE GERMANS CAME OF WORST lol no arguments on that one , imagine buying a top spec m3 and hes next door nieghbour pulling up in a GTR ...... gutted

No nismo fan, bt im glad to learn dat nissan is tackling d german bulls by d horns.. For too long j*p competitors wasnt alowed in german circles due to havin d 'incorrect badge' as spartan put it and loads other ungrounded reasons. However j*p manufacturers hav proof to b top quality car builders d past 2 decades nd german car fans not atmitting d strength of japcarmarkets in d world..

the problems with nissan's claims about performance for me arrive when you claim 0-60 and such but forget that a car has to go around corners. im unconvinced a 370Z would actually be able to beat something like a cayman on the twisty stuff.....you know. the cayman is mid engined and lighter. i wouldnt fancy the 370z to win that battle even against the 2.7

That sort of claim holds up in north america but doesnt wash for me when i have to drive around corners

wonder what the price diffrence is between a cayman and 370z , i like 370z but if i could afford a cayman id get a cayman , it would have to be a massive price saving and a massive performance gap in favore of the Z to sway me. its the porsche badge and look .evo mag lap cars round bedford , will have to have a look when i get in and see the diffrence

Hey bob i see that u still here doin ur thing! The GTR is the best performance to price supercar in the world it runs with and beats some of the best cars in the world. The 370z is the baby GTR that runs head 2 head 2 wit the z4 n cayman. So nissan is on a roll n i think the others shud reborn the j*p supercar era. We need bak the rx7, nsx etc. Toyota bringin the lf-a soon.

I believe d only reason sceptism stil exists around j*p cars is coz eastern ppl is mostly too conservative to build campaings like nissan does now.. Thats y i say i truely hpe this nissan 'riot' awakens d rest of d japs too. Honda, toyota, lexus, mitsu.. All of em belong up ther fo building top quality cars.

nothing can touch the GTR on price its the top trump . the 370z is nice looking car , just not sure why it dosent light any fire in me at all if i see one tho ? surely its not badge ? why yesterday the gf said i was mad because i was eyeing over a integra type R . yet 350z or 370z ..... nothing ? sure id have one over a tt or z4 but still theres sumate not there about it

370z doesnt do it for me either. European is difficult to beat when it comes to the whole package, style and soul to boot

370z roadster not a looker either i think but in saying that iv always hated the porsche boxter , always thought it ugly .... now bizzarly iv fell in total love with the porsche speedster viertion of the boxter and there cant be much diffrence in looks . id chose a speedster over a 911 convertable or 911 4s so thats desirability . on that logic nissan need to do a 370z speedster .....
