More cracks showing for the 3DS. Nintendo say the best you can hope for is 5 hours from the battery on the lowest brightness settings. No kidding. It'll take 3.5 hours to charge but only give 3-5 hours of gaming in 3D mode. Pretty amazed by that TBH, one of the advanatges cited of the DS was its long battery life, 3-5 hours is terrible

I'm not really buying into this whole 3D hype. What would have been a better idea was the pseudo 3D effect one can get by head tracking via the camera, so when you tilt the DS or move your head, the image on the screen moves with. Would be good for gameplay gimmics as well, you could actually look around objects on the screen by tilting the DS, lean around pillars or change camera angles slightly by realistically moving their heads to get a better view.
