When they're old enough to ask for them

I just don't see the point when they're a baby. It's only for the parents benefit, baby isn't looking in the mirror going 'yuh sweet, that looks rad.' I don't even get what makes a person decide this is a good idea lol I used to cry when mine had their needles, I just.. Nope. |

@ bhb143 - 21.04.17 - 11:56pm Friend has fell out with her Daughter for having her grand daughters ears pierced at 8 weeks old . That's disgusting, am not surprised you're friend fel out with her daughter over that, cos it's wrong very wrong, poor baby. I would say the age should be when a child can make her his own mind up ect say 11 12 |

@ xgothika - 22.04.17 - 02:08am When they're old enough to ask for them I agree. Like birdy said, its only for the parents benefit. |

Ear piercings are not painful the younger you are as the pain receptors are not developed for the area yet until you are like 2 yrs old. I will say 7 weeks old is the best age.

@ mikeymk - 22.04.17 - 12:00am When they're old enough to genuinely want it done. The law should protect people from harm. That includes stabbing holes in kids just because you think it looks pretty. Having a legal age draws that line and gives support to those feeling pressured or too young to give permission. So i'd support a legal age. This |
