Yes a football post. Seeing as it's the world cup coming up , it would be rude not to! I can't wait for the football fest to begin! Another tournament where my country won't be playing at coz their pish. So as a neutral I can sit back and enjoy it . Booked time off work specifically for it. I'm punting on France to win it this year. Brazil have a tasty attack but leak goals. Germany as always have a chance of winning it . Can see England getting to the semis this year. Will messi and Argentina be a bunch of flops again,probably! I'm going with a European team to win it ,France. Who you got ? |

I watched Mexico '86 and Italia '90, they were pretty good. Kinda got boring after that, what with Southgate's spoon and stuff. Or was that Terry? I forget. Oh, apart from Gazza's double volley when he had bird's shit for hair - that was, to be fair, possibly the best goal in the entire history of football. But apart from that... |

Just thinking, it dont even seem like 5mins ago i was watching the 2014 world cup, i dont know where the time has gone. Like how is it 4yrs since Germany beat Brazil 7-1, seems like it happend 1 or 2 years ago. Wtf.

Also remember going to watch the england v italy game down waterfront in town and watching a 20 man brawl where they were all throwing each other in the canal and all sorts

Yeah I'm looking forward to the world cup. Not really a big footie fan but I do like the big matches,tournaments. It is shocking how quickly the last four years have gone. |
