Well i'm having a crisis. Five weeks ago i decided to give up alcohol for three months. Since then, i've been putting on weight to the tune of over a kilo a week. At first i thought my new washing machine was slowly shrinking my clothes, until i stood on the pallet scales at work. I don't know if its the lack of beer or increased soft drink doing it, but it's real and it's scary. And i'm keeping an eye on it this week - if i hit 70kgs this week, i'm getting back on the beer on my first day off. |

Are the drinks sugary? |

I don't get appetite, i don't think i eat much, i only graze (but on foods you'd use for meals).
