I slow bake bacon (smoked, obvs), for full flavour. This also prevents it being fatty. But I don't eat it often. Additives are a problem. Farmers love worms, and their decline is therefore being taken seriously, unlike bees. So it's possible that bees will survive thanks to worms convincing humans to stop using so many chemicals in our food production. |
