Training them responsibly.

Yes, if people are buying them as guard dogs for home or personal protection, then they're probably not going to be training their dogs to be placid pet pooches are they.

Also, it's up to the dog owners to control their dogs and make sure they can't/don't attack anyone for no reason.

I thought this was a topic about ladibud banning herself
|

@ogdenz | 2 December 22 | |
@ kimjongl - 25.11.22 - 12:43pm They should be completely banned and all the existing ones should be destroyed. There is zero use for them. You feel this way about the unproductive and the disabled unemployed don't you? |

@ obi_jon - 2.12.22 - 07:21am Also, it's up to the dog owners to control their dogs and make sure they can't/don't attack anyone for no reason. Personally as a dog owner, I disagree, you can't control a pitbull, yes you can keep it locked up in a cage, but the day it escapes you might have problems if something clicks in the mind of any animal... They don't think like us, their brains are like computers that trigger reactions based on their senses in real time... Like you might have stepped in something the dog smells sending it into attack mode... Having a pitbull is like carrying a live grenade saying it's safe as long as you keep a firm grip... |

@ mikeymk - 1.12.22 - 11:06pm The fact that you have to pamper them to get them to stop killing children isn't an argument that quite cuts it, for me. Exactly. Funny how even mistreated Labradors don't have this problem. |

@ ogdenz - 2.12.22 - 10:14pm You feel this way about the unproductive and the disabled unemployed don't you? No I don't because they're humans. There's also a difference between the unproductive and disabled people, the two are not automatically the same. There are plenty of productive disabled people who don't shy away from work using their disability as a shield. |

@sisfreak2017 | 3 December 22 | |
There are a lot of people with disabilities that work. I believe it's the minority that are lazy bast*rds and use their condition as means of escaping doing any type of work. Imagine if an evil Pitbull went near them! They'd be too incapacitated to escape or defend themselves. They would get eaten and loose all their benefits. |

If it escapes, then that's the owners fault. If you want to keep a potentially dangerous dog, make damn fkn sure that it can't escape and that it's kept securely. If you do that, tragic incidents won't happen and you won't end up being held responsible for one. |
