I have a big problem. I am trying to reflash my nokia 5800 with original firmware 51.0.006 with Quicken and Xtension c6. I have tried to flash it maybe more than 15 times but everytime after the white screen saying local mode the phone screen just turns off. I tried to remove the battery and start it again but it just vibrates once and black screen again. I tried to flash it on another computer bu |

Yeah i did that, then a windows with too many devices popped up and i choosed 5800D Rm356

No, i was just upgrading from version 11 to the latest, i successfully flashed my first 5800 with a custom firmware, now this one shows nothing when switched on, it only vibrate once then nothing shown. . .

Now i flashed with original firmware version 52.0.007 (latest one), using fbus, the phone boots ok but it says ''Phone startup failed, contact the retailer'' someone help please! :(

you try dead flash? And are you checking you Rm? E.g iv got a rm 159 do the firmware files match the rm on the phone? If you downgraded you bricked your phone.

use navifirm and download your fw country and right rm. The go start my computer c drive program files nokia phoenix products rm crate a folder rm that you useing than paste the files in there

than get hold of j.a.f open j.a.f the click the BB5 tab then tick manual flash dead usb untick normal mode untick crt 308 and tick use ini. Pop up window will show the click 5800 cable. Plug in the phone when off tab power button on phone then it should show bottom left hand coner installing drivers wait for that to finsh then click flash in j.a.f the should tell you turn phone on then tap

... Tap power and wait for it to finsh and do not unplug phone untill it says pooling phone and done. Hope this helped you
