@ irnbru88 - 21.11.12 - 11:24pm ..obviously they won't see a penny of it just like the other 60 million owed to various companies and people. So 108m in debt? Any chance of a link to show that? |

no mention of the 35 players that were paid illegally with the ebts, or the fact that the payments were hidden from the auditors, its all on p39, its why the case on the dual payments legality hasn't been called off but set back until 2013, no mention of the millions that led to the old club going into admin ? BTW keldo wasn't the total amount owed meant be in excess of 100m as that's what a few major papers claimed, Google should help you there, one of the people who's debt is still owed is a company that supplied shredding machines...

what's a rangers and a septic fan got in common? they're both obsessed with rangers
|

@keldo82 | 22 November 12
From what I believe that was a projected debt if we lost the big tax case. We didn't.

@keldo82 | 22 November 12
It was 55m before tax cases brought into it. 27m was Whytes ticketus deal. Where's this other mystery 50m coming from? The Seville calculator?

that would be, what's a sevco fan and a septic fan... still no mention of the 35 players that tax are owed on by the illegal use of the ebt/dual contract swindle ? still no mention of the wee tax case that put the club into admin and then liquidation ? how about a mention of the side letters that were found, its all in the report, can any of you comment on these indisputable facts ? how about the fact that hmrc asked for document over 5 years ago but only a court oder made oldco cough them up, any comment on that
|
||
@oysten | 22 November 12 | |
how about the lies about how your club formed,how about the fact they used athletic in their name as athletic clubs pay less tax? how about that Japanese tour? how about the managers tax case? which he lost by the way,how about dubious Dermot and Moriarty? how about those faked attendances of the Kelly era? how about the ground being closed for pro- chants? s could go on but it's too easy,no club has an innocent existence,let him without sin etc
|
||
@1jester | 22 November 12
are we on about Celtic ? so that would be no explanation on the points I raised? aren't you wondering why the dual contract case hasn't been abandoned ? have you read the report even ? I could be wrong but someone that's so up on knowledge of Celtics goings on but who claims to be a rangers then sevco supporter, should perhaps concentrate on the oldcos goings on first and foremost, do I get a reply to the points or is it just deflection as usual

@ keldo82 - 22.11.12 - 10:10am It was 55m before tax cases brought into it. 27m was Whytes ticketus deal. Where's this other mystery 50m coming from? The Seville calculator? The old club still owed tax. The decision the other day doesn't mean all the tax has been wiped out. There was no disputing the 14 million or so that Whyte didn't pay.So by your calculations that would take it up to 69 million at least.True? |
||
@irnbru88 | 22 November 12
Not to mention the charges that weren't disputed with regard to EBTs whick could be another few million.The judges have said that there were players who received a payment as earnings and not a loan.
