how acurate is this program, I want to upgrade my ram on my laptop, the makers site says its ddr2 ram, but ive got ddr2 ram sticks from my old laptop and they dont fit, this program (cpuz) says its ddr3, ive even looke on ebay and the laptop is advertised as with ddr2 ram ahhhh |

oh and befor someone sugest taking it to a shop the idiot pc repair shop my me is a moron who knows nothing, asked him once for a sata cable to conect hard drive to board and he hadn't a clue what i was on about

your other memory you had is pobably ddr400 and not ddr2.just make sure man.search item codes on google

to be honest im just looking into it at the moment as the old laptop was xp and had half gig of ram I got the extra gig for it and it made no differance what so ever, this one is win7 home prem with one gig, it runs really well no probs, knowing my luck it wont make a difference again and be wasting the money

I have a feeling im the wone thats wrong this memory stick i got might not of been ddr2 thats why it dont fit and cpz is giving a false reading adding to the confusion
