this is a common problem and is to do with the software. downloas xxblg6 and flash it using odin. once its booted connect your phone to kies and it will allow you to update via that or ota.

try going into recovery mode then wiping data and cache then reboot... just a suggest

I had the same problem with s2, and Play store wont sync the apps I purchased. dont remember what exactly I did to solve the issue. I think I wiped cache and fixed permissions.

happens with some stock firmwares. try flashing via odin previous version of stock or flash a custom rom via odin and reflash stock. that might help.

flashed 4.1.1 no issues at all play store aint changed still dodgy but gettin used to it lol
