..go to AppManager and delete the app..take care of the photos first, make a backup just in case; the app may take away all with it, lol

depends if it's a system app or not, if it is then you'll have to root ya phone to remove it, if it's not then follow @nokstern advice...

On some phones you cannot remove Picassa, but you can remove the updates and disable it. As far as an album goes, I don't have a clue because I have never used Picassa on my Android. If the album is stored in your phone, you can probably delete it from the Gallery. If it is on Cloud, you might find it easier to remove it when you sync Picassa on your PC. |
