for 20 quid it's a very good PHONE, not that great as a smartphone though. probably has a beaten to death battery in it as well which won't be worth replacing in my opinion...

10r for a battery! 30notes all in for a a mobile that takes calls and texts and does little else, sounds like a bargain for someone that can't use Google...
