I use viper all the time, it works great for me and never crashes. I've not used Dolby atmos but I would guess you can't have those two enabled on your phone at the same time. also it's going to depend on what device you have, if viper isn't recommended for that device and android version don't expect too much, I think viper is probably better as it gets listed amongst xda's good reasons to root top 10 list and Dolby doesn't. if you enjoy it though, that's all that counts... |

My friend use same device with my own but different rom said both work well.i think it must uninstall ones to get viper to compare voice quality betwen them or changing my rom to suit with them all.i comfort with my custom rom because more save battery than recovery rom i used to.

I've used both and I'd say Viper as it has more tweaks but the other is not bad

you only get more power drain with the super audio quality driver (the one I use), but it's something you keep deactivated when you don't want it. it's too loud for normal use the way I have mine set up (gain x2), but it goes up to x10 and infinite gain so be sure not to destroy your speakers or headphones... |

just download viper4android fx version 2.3.4.0 with ir samples from xda forums. never download root apps from just anywhere. it's the only version that's still being maintained by it's creators and works on lollipop and beyond, even then it needs busybox to work. oh wow, it's been updated http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2191223 |
