am using a dual sim android for some reason it i don't know 2day. its been on 2g network even if i changed it to 4g or H+ i tried everything .clearing cache. changing SIM cards, rebooting, etc nothing is helping |

It will automatically pick up the strongest signal so the 3 and 4g must be down in your house/area

im living in a strong 4g area. i think its more of a software problem.

I'd give it a few days before you start hard resetting or whatever you plan on doing

phone your network to check if 3 and 4g are working, as crail says it always takes whatever has the strongest signal.

I had a dual sim phone quite a few years ago. Could not get 4g either. After reading the chinglish instructions 4g only works in a certain sim port I think it was port 1, port 2 does not support 4g, or vice versa.

both my sim cards are on 2g they from 2 different operators that's why i think this might be a software problem. than the actual coverage

try one card at a time in both slots, one after the other. and check the settings you have you under network. |
