Hello! I have Motorola Moto G4 Plus. I bought it from Saudi Arabia. I am an Indian, currently I am in India. I have been kept an Indian SIM in this phone, and it has been working fine. but when I insert my Saudi SIM, it doesn't show signals/coverage at all. whereas this Saudi SIM is fine with a normal small Nokia mobile. I spoke to my Saudi SIM's service provider. he said, SIM has no issue, it is updated for international roaming, it's issue with your phone. so guys please help me. how can I use this Saudi SIM with my Moto G4 Plus. thanks. |

find the correct model number for that phone (not just moto G4 plus) and use that to check the frequency bands it uses. sometimes phones will let you change bands via a diagnostic/engineer hidden app. you'll also need to check the frequency bands your Indian SIM and Saudi SIM use to see if they differ at all. if they do differ then you'll need to see if there's a way of choosing bands thru the phone. |

thanks, 3mel. doesn't this issue is related to something like Country Lock??

as far as I know there's no such thing as a country lock. each country and network does use differing sets of frequency bands though.
