Hello mate would suggest changin ur oil before u go and check stuff like ur tyres and chain and adjust if necessary. Are u ridin down on ur own mate?

Like bikes but mates all got them, so no idea but as above, sparks higher octane fuel/ addative sports can, learn to put knee down, maybe faring bump stops:)

Just remembered take all ur bikes documents with u because circuit marshals mite wanna know if its got an MOT mate and be careful coz if ya have an off ur insurance mite not cover it coz of where u were

Bikes dont need an MOT for a track day and no insurance covers it, altho there is an insurance u can get to cover urself, it covers racers, good luck jon im sure ul love it.

how was it? Wat 750 u got? Been tryin to go to a trackday with my k4 for ages but there's always somethin wrong with the blood thing, if its not tyres its brake pads or needs a service and atm it needs all the above plus blew a effing fork seal!!!  hope my missus gets a job soon so i can get bumblebee sorted out wen she can start payin for stuff too

sorry guys not been on in a while. Got it this comin monday. I've already done the oil,just recently got new pads and braided brake hoses anyway. Just gonna put the old fairing tank etc on. The ones i had on when some daft cow reversed into it.i've to fit a fork seal too but that isn't to hard. Oh its at knockhill too. As i'm up north. Just hope the snow is away by then

those SRADS are wicked machines...guys use to flip them left right n centre here in SA...somethin bout short wheelbase with a short swingarm aparently...unfortunately never had a go on 1 yet...have fun dude!!!
