Anyone owned a mazda 323 egi 2l 16v or 8v?i heard the 8v is better for na power and the 16v for turbo.would like get one and stroke it to 2.2l using da 2.2l crank from da ford courier,just pistons n rods will be a prob |

Currently runnin a 8v fe in ma chev magnum. 2.2l pistons, std crank, gasflowed head, custom build intake, 40 sidedraught webers std cam nd double valvesprings.. 8000rpm nd +-120kw! D body weighs 800kg nd its rwd.

Stock form ur motor makes 66kw corect me if im wrong xav.would like to try that on my dad's fe lol.are u gonna stroke it btw?how much do the egi's go for now days?

a 2lt making 66kw? I find that a bit hard to believe, the 2lt mazda 323 was closer to the 100kw mark

Stock i tink 85/90kw.. U get em imported, i baught 1 nw d day fo another bloke, j*p auto asks 5,2k (cheapest) i didnt trust them so i got 1 from s.u.m.p in springs 7,5k! Its fitted wit started, alterntor, carb d worx.
