I own a w995 but when I conect my phone to pc I only see shortcut I cant view my fone folders when I scan with avast anti-virus nothing wil be found say somefiles could not be scaned..pls whats d problem?or its it from my laptop I use hp pavilion dv6-3010us I hate diz shortcuts it also enter my 8gb dis fone is just some months old. |

john pls dias anoda thing when i restor factory settings and conect to pc,everything wil be normal but within few minutes everything wil change to shortcuts like zed,zgd,zyd,dcim,pasword,recycler,picture,music,others,ykd,yzd,all these are shortcuts blocking my normal folders.

Yea bro datz virus, i had it in ma card to, i had to formate my c drive wer the windows was install n reinstall windows , an then i scand ma pc an d drive, all da shortcuts folder got deletd. An then formate ur 4n card from ur phone.

thanks 4 ur kindness waz thinking of flashing my fone bt i find it dificult cos those facebook and youtube apps that came with the phone will go so i shud format the c drive!wow tnx u know what?i tot as much cos anytime i want to eject it when conected to pc it always show me that i cant that theres a programe using the phone n memory card but i cant find what is using them that if i force to eject i myt loose some files i wil give you a feed back.thanks for your kindness

try updating anti virus on pc and scan in safe mode. also get good anti spyware software. post a topic in tech forum also. formating shud b last resort.
