K ppl 2 make mini opera work u need 2 put your network port, put in u'r java settings u'r default wap profile and put at internet mode http not wap. That worked on my phone, i'm on Orange.

Opera mini aha .. Been waitin for its release long enough .. Its good and real fast .. But as far as i checked it doesnt support file downloads :-( so its just a browser just a browser .. But i do use it to check my msn mail .. And surf sites that are too large to be downloaded on my w800

Solved the problem myself a long time ago but thanks. k ppl, when downloading opera make sure that you choose the right location and type of connection. After that you can use your normal browser with the opera browser but remember to change your proxy server

Opera mini is an excellent application. But since Java platform doesn't allow to access phone memory so you can't download anything from it. Its quite fast and user friendly. In fact you can't find any browser that permits to download anything on the phone except the phone's internal browser.
