didn't realise Star Trek Discovery was a season in 2 parts like walking dead. the 2nd half of season 1 returns tonight. I was sure I'd have hated this after the first 4 episodes, but it did get better. |

I like it too, it's a tricky balancing act they're working with there. I take it for comedy 1st.

Just saw the discovery twist and like it and did kind of guess and like the whole new dynamic. I do think The Orville is more Star Trek than Discovery and like the subjects it tackles in a futuristic way much like the The Next Generation and Discovery is more action gung-ho pull no punches and not really relative to this days society. Although some of The Orville is crude you'd kind of expect that from Seth but it's actually more restrained than I thought it would be and actually very relatable. |

I watched britannia when I had the flu the other week.....I sympathised with the king who had his bones ripped out and got them replaced with oak branches that's just how I felt whilst watching it.....it was ok....like a crap game of thrones without dragons....
