1- Xbox One is not for you if you cant get broadband, satellite internet, or even 4G mobile hotspot going for a daily check. 2- Lending a game to someone is the exact problem why this needs to happen. Companies spend millions making these games and gamers think they have the right to enjoy them all for free by just borrowing games. I have no pity here. 3- Can't rent a game before you buy? Try a fking demo. |

GameStop is making a billion dollars by selling used games, something they have almost no investment in. If you look at it from a business perspective you see your hard work and profits flying out the door. And that is not even touching all the self entitled gamers who think they should be able to borrow peoples games and enjoy them without paying a dime. Get over yourself.

You can access your games from any console even if you loose or damage your disc or you can share your game library with up to 10 members of your family even if they are using different consoles. The glass can be half empty or half full depending on how you look at it. And in the long term it will drive down prices. IE: Steam.

Its funny how the people complaining about the internet connection issues are going onto the INTERNET to vent their issues. Seems kind of backwards. Surely the ones with internet issues would be using carrier pigeons/written letters to exlain their difficulties of getting online regularly.

Xbox One IS for you if you live in an old peoples home, can't control your bladder, have no teeth and are bald and plan on watching a lot of TV and not play games.

The minority tends to be the loudest voice in the room though so they are heard. IE all the rage on the forums, which I suspect are just Sony fanboys anyway. Anyone who does not understand the benefits or want digital downloads then they are definitly living in the wrong age.

no, its not for any consumer who values privacy and actually wants control of their console. When stupid shxt like check ins are implemented, you may have bought your console but you dont truly own it. When a company can completely control how long you game and decides who you can and cannot lend games to and for what duration, dont fxckin kid yourself. You may have paid for it but it is definitely not yours. This is the biggest anti consumer piece of shxt Ive ever seen

That's it moron Trolololo. All XB1 games are digital, and with all digital games, you pay a fking license to play because you can't resell it. Furthermore, the only reason XB1 games can be re-sold is due to the disc.

After installing your digital game to your hard drive, should it be possible where you can give or resell the disc for others to play while you still retain a copy on your hard drive? fk that. And this is the reason why XB1 has to phone home, to make sure the game is yours along with piracy. As a person aspiring to get into game development of some sort, this I see as the future and support it 100 percent. Suck my balls!!!!
