They'll never make the ps4 backwards compatible, that was their plan to get people to subscribe to playstation now so they can make more profit.

The cell cpu on ps3 is way more powerfull than the ps4's low power cpu and emulating it will be next to impossible . Unlocking an extra slow core is going to do nothing special
