the initla PSPs usually managed 5-6 hours with medium brightness. Not that it matters, cos here its looking like 4 max for the same thing. I dont know what chipset nintendo are using but it is probably only 40nm from the sound of this. I always figured sony had pushed back PSP2 until late 2011 and an established 28nm process for the same battery life concerns

The American Optometric a55 ociation still cautions moderation in 3D use, but in a statement issued today says that there is no evidence that suggests viewing 3D in moderation would have any sort of negative effect in children or adults. In fact, the AOA says that using 3D technology like the 3DS could help uncover undiagnosed vision problems vision problems that a screening would miss

can put down preorders at certain uk sites now. prices vary from 150 quid to 299 quid. MCV reckon it'll be around 209ish, factoring in the bump in VAT. will know for sure next wednesday.

Games such Dead Of Alive on 3DS will run at 60fps with the 3D effect disabled. 30 + 30 fps otherwise to account for each eye

I think the display is too small, the 3D effects won't come off so well. Plus, that dreaded battery life reminds me of the PSP
