If Jaffa cakes are cakes, why is it they are always found next to the biscuits? |

McVities defended its classification ofJaffa Cake as a cake at VAT tribunal in 1991, against the ruling that Jaffa cakes were biscuits due to their size and shape, and the fact that they were often eaten in place of biscuits. ... In size, theJaffa cakeis more like a biscuit than a cake

Thanks Bernie, i love jaffa cakes, i eat them one after the other, a pack of them only lasts me a few minutes. I am the same with fig rolls. But custard creams last a bit longer.. That is true kristy, anyway? I never got one in my paw long enough to dunk it.. I find that .Hobnobs or digestives the perfect dunking biscuit. Also cornish ginger fairings.
