if your a long standing customer of vodafone, then phone customer service with the imei and they will give you the unlock code. or take it to a phone

You need to get the battery tested, it normally the battery that causes that cutting out problem

It a good phone but the battery life is bad, you do better to get the new 6301 which looks the same as the 6300 but it has a much bigger built in memo
