Thanks to funguru for the initial heads up on this one. Basically this is the Mach5 browser which some of you may have tried out before, but with that you had a VERY limited trial period and then you had to purchase an airtime card for around 50 dollars a quarter . This is not (at present) going to be a replacement for Opera - at the moment is doesn't seem possible to up or download, |

although their website says uploading is supported, but it's way better (and faster) than Skyfog and the page rendering is much crisper. It'll play all types of flash in its own dedicated viewer, and it also has a viewer for images and text - saving all the text from a page is really simple (and you can always edit the text later using a text editor.

Over at Xda many people said it wouldn't connect or that it was sluggish, but for me it's been blazingly fast at all times, easily beating Opera and even Skyfog. I think this'll be a browser that you won't use every day for coming to Pro or whatever (the mobile view is rank and pointless) but will be well worth keeping in (like Skyfog) for sites that need Flash 9 to run.

LINK TO DOWNLOAD PAGE: http://is.gd/cuhAN *please note* as content is sent via a proxy there are similar privacy issues to both Skyfog and Mini so bear it in mind. Here's a gif I made of some pages, the text and image viewer (Tinchy wossname was the first image I tried to save off the Orange webpage, I'm not a fan, lol) the 4 x 4 vehicle is video playing fullscreen: http://is.gd/cuiNy

There's a drop-down settings dialogue from the top left of the screen where you can adjust rotation, default zoom width etc. Double-tap on the screen to zoom. Hold down the stylus to get a text/image save pop-up. The mouse cursor scrolls WAY too fast, so you'll probably be finger or stylus scrolling. Can be installed to Storage Card if desired. Anything else, ask..

I'm gonna have to rename it to something though, as Voice Command is having a nervous breakdown trying to recognize it: 'uzardP?' 'UZARD PEE?' and then I get the 'fail' sound and the weird robot chick goes off for a pizza or something..

BTW - it's also available for Blackberry if any of you guys are reading, I haven't made a separate BB topic as I have no way of testing it. It'll be a different download link for BB, but if anyone's interested I'll be happy to provide it.

Yeah, it's buggy, it is a beta at the moment, but I think even with bugs it's better than Skyfog (although not Opera/Netfront because of the lack of up/download facility). Anyone who's thinking of giving it a try - don't worry, they're not phone-destroying bugs, just occasional irritations in the browsing experience.

In the browser benchmark test posted by biggzy in the s60 forum most phones score between 2500 - 4800, with the N900 getting between 8000 - 11,000. Skyfog's mad content streaming pushes it up to 21,000 - 23,000, this beast gets 32,000 odd.. screenshot: http://two.xthost.info/garion/uzbench.png Benchmark test here: http://is.gd/bsnzC
