well after bit of playing now and several core updates done to it, I can say it fairly good, but lags a bit *prob caused by running it off the mem card but I cant be sure without totally wiping out everything on my n900*, Is it usable as OS? No not at this point in time, as there is no call facitlities and only wifi can be used to connect to net. Can it replace Maemo? IMHO not at present.....

there needs to be alot of work done to it to make it even usable as everyday os, but it is slowly getting done..... It is the full and proper Android OS and it is functional, but slow and bit buggy in places, but the work on it so far is promising.

All been achieved on HTC Leo! Much work has been done to make Android 2.1 run beautifully. just load the files into the root directory of your storage card, run Haret.exe and wait for the Android creature to pop up. If you wish to go back to Windows Mobile, just soft reset the device. Sorry to post here but...well ya know!!!
