it's second hand mate. there's brand new ones on ebay bidding up to 265, i know cos i've sold 3 on there, 2 went for 265 and 1 went for 286, just spend the extra few bob and get one brand spanking new, you won't regret it.

It depends on what you need and want from a device. Maemo is a tweaker and hackers dream device. Android is very user friendly, but, can be tweaked somewhat. What do you want to do with one?

That is very true, but, Android isn't as old either. It will be great, when full grown lol. Maemo has been around a long time and is a really nicely implemented OS.

i like hacking and tweaking and stuff, although i continually found custom firmwares on winmo to cause nothing but problems overall, i'd typically gain features but lose stability, which for me is essential. kmm decisions decisions
