Opera 11 is only available for Android, Symbian and Meego, if you're having difficulties with a device running one of those Operating Systems you'd be best off checking the dedicated OS forum.

As I understand it, the N900 runs the Maemo operating system for which no version of Opera Mobile 11 is currently available. Maybe N900 owners could give you more info.
