mate I've seen n heard loads of people who have benefited from Argos online mistakes. I've heard cases where 600 or 700 pound TVs have sold for like 120 quid. I'd chase it up or take it to the media... at start of reading this topic I knew it was another Argos pricing error

AZ, loads of people on hot deals are on about taking them to small claims and trading standards...the fact is they clearly state in terms and conditions that the order is not accepted/contract does not start until the item is dispatched....therefore i can't see anyone getting anything out of it.....they said they were no liberty selling the phone, but its now back on the site at full price.....so?

i think in law a contract begins wen its agreed upon or money has exchanged hands.
