Hi, was wondering is this phone any good? Can u play youtube videos on it? I read it doesnt support flash player so does that mean u can't watch youtube, bbc iplayer etc, any help be appreciated.. |

You can't watch BBC iPlayer, as of yet. I've read that Windows Phone are meant to be developing something with the BBC, however. You can watch YouTube in your browser too. The mobile site is much better to access though.  I hope this helps.

I'm sure even someone who wasn't good with technology would think it needs Flash Player to be able to play YouTube videos. I know it doesn't, but I know my technology.

They previously had it on offer in Carphone Warehouse for 99.99. Not a bad price, really. It's done now though, I think.

i think Microsoft doesn't allow that. dont know, but the built-in IE seem just good.

I'm afraid to tell you that the UC Browser is unavailable for Windows Phone. I agree with noname, however. The inbuilt Internet Explorer application is brilliant, as it is. I would just use that. Have you purchased the device yet?

I got my 710 for 94 quid brand new and sealed on ebay. I haven't used it yet, but regarding the question I recall that my Orange San Francisco doesn't have flash but I could watch BBC iPlayer anyway using the Skyfire browser which converts flash to a mobile format. Don't know if Skyfire is available for Windows mobile yet but that might be your best bet for now.
