I keep getting uploading failed and my picture is in jpg format and less than 5mb plus i have done the email thing and that also failed, what might be the problem? |

inbox user critical, he manage the site here and he will point you to the correct person to help you fix that. The issue will still end up to him and he will do it then  or if you want a quick solution, ensure auto refresh is allow on your phone duhhhh
