Hmm, I'd rather see some scientific evidence to support such a statement, rather than just accept the ruling of some doddery old fart in a wig.... |

They went to court when they changed the VAT laws. VAT applies to biscuits but not to cakes, so when the gubment tried to impose VAT on them they successfully argued that they were cakes using the 'goes hard when stale' thing and the judge agreed.

I don't really eat them. Also, I don't understand why they would call any kind of food 'digestives'. It makes me think of pi*sy old people, and I don't wanna eat when I'm thinking about pi*sy old people.
