@ button - 1.03.16 - 09:44pm I try to get at least 1 litre of water each day, but I love a coke zero with my dinner. Do you ever worry about the damage it does to your teeth? Not really coz i Look after my teeth n have a chek up every 6months lol, ive actually never had a filling or any work done, bet ive jinxed myself sayin that.... Buuuut saying that i dnt let my 4yr old drink fizzy drinks at all coz i worry about his teeth, but he dunt want them coz he never has had them |

Artificial sweetners don't really work because your body doesn't know the difference between it and sugar. It's sweeter than sugar and your stomach is literally your second brain. All the little feelers in it send messages to the brain of what's going where and what's what etc. The body just detects sweet so acts accordingly. For weight loss it's bull it can actualy speed up weight gain I believe. But aspartame is riddled with bad effects. Chronic headaches and depression in my own experience.

You believe it may speed up weight gain, but to a lot of people that actually have lost weight, it's been a real hero. Everything in good moderation. If it gave you headaches and made you depressed, probably had too much of it. |
