good day all, anyone know the procuder on how to go about getting a shaver replaced as it broke within 6 months and has 1 year guarantee, as i went there with the shaver and the receipt only to hear that the receipt i have is not the right one yet thats the one they gave me |

If you've used it then no. They can't properly clean it, so it can't be resold

u will need a correct receipt ie till slip for the guarantee... tbh I can't see how they would have given u the wrong one.

He could also contact the company who made the razor they may offer to fix or replace
